Jim has over 32 years of experience as a practicing CPA - most of those years in the Seattle area. He has raised four children along the way, all of whom have now graduated from college. A priority for Jim is contributing to his community. He makes time to sit on at least one non-profit board in the West Seattle area.
Jim works out weekly at the "Y" and enjoys summer and fall remote back-country backpacking to still his mind and challenge his body. He leads many of those trips as a national hike leader for The Sierra Club.

Charles E. Morgan, CPA
In addition to his extensive experience as a CPA Chuck enjoys the outdoors. He is an avid white water rafter on the rivers of Washington and Idaho for more than 30 years. He and his wife Colleen enjoy hiking with their black Labrador Retriever. He also enjoys sport fishing for salmon and trout. Chuck has two daughters Amy, a graduate of Seattle University's Nursing Program and Christy, a graduate of The University of Nevada Las Vegas Hospitality Management Program.
Chuck lived and worked in Alaska for six years where he began working with commercial fisherman. Fisheries, maritime and related business now constitute over one half of his individual practice. He regularly travels to Alaska to consult with clients. Chuck enjoys the challenges and excitement of working with his clients as a business advisor and tax planner.

D. Scott Hunt, CPA
Scott joined the firm in 2003 as a Senior Tax Manager and became a partner on January 1, 2006. He has a Master's Degree in Taxation and nearly 20 years of experience as a CPA. Scott specializes in providing tax planning, consulting and compliance services to closely held businesses and successful individuals in a broad range of industries. Scott's background and personal interests drew him to the real estate development and property management industries - where he developed a particular expertise. A significant portion of his current practice entails serving real estate developers, investors, and related businesses. He has performed cost segregation studies on numerous properties, from small multi-unit buildings to corporate business parks and high-rise office projects.
Scott and his wife Kelly have two active young children, and he is closely involved in their many athletic and academic activities. He and his family enjoy boating, fishing, and other outdoor recreation activities. A native of Eastern Washington, Scott has resided in the Seattle area for over 20 years. He is active in local nonprofit organizations, most recently serving as Treasurer for the Normandy Park Community Club and West Seattle Chamber of Commerce.
